Hi, I’m Tonya.
Thank you for visiting Letters For Lucas.
I live in Southern California and I am a wife, sister, friend and most important, stay-at-home mom to my son, Lucas, daughter, Lola and mutt dog, Charlie Pasta.
Letters For Lucas is my outlet, therapy and way of documenting Lucas and Lola’s lives. I sit down in between naps, loads of laundry, sometimes daily trips to the supermarket, meal prep, tummy time, throwing a ball for the dog, chauffeuring and often way past my bedtime to share my thoughts and the joys and disasters of being a mom.
I also write about the grief and loss over losing both of my parents too soon, my three year struggle with secondary infertility, my love of Dave Matthews, my coveted “me time” and when I don’t feel like writing, I post a lot of photos.
I certainly don’t claim to have all the answers, but I always write from the heart, tell it like it is and hope that something I put out there will resonate with you. If it does, please let me know! I believe we are all in this together.
If you have a question or want to share something with me that you’d rather not leave as a comment, please e-mail me directly at tonya@lettersforlucas.com and I will respond as quickly as I can.
I’m also open to guest posting and appreciate any ideas or suggestions for making Letters For Lucas the best it can be.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks, again for stopping by. I hope you enjoy reading Letters For Lucas as much as I enjoy writing it.
The best is yet to be.
