Monday, March 7 – Sunday, March 13:
0 Diet Cokes drank — it’s been 34 days since my last one!
0 episodes of Oprah I watched — she was on hiatus this week.
Countless = the number of Thomas & Friends, Yo Gabba Gabba and Caillou episodes I sang and dance through, pretended not to be watching and cursed under my breath.
1 overpriced trip to the gas station.
1 lively music class attended.
1 birthday celebrated — Aunt Leah turned 27 on Monday!
Countless = the number of kisses given.
2 carousels ridden.
2 lunches with friends — one WAY more enjoyable than the other because it was kid free.
2 unloaded dishwashers.
2 legs shaved (!)
Countless = the number of toys I picked up.
2 pieces of cold pizza devoured.
3 trips to the park.
4 turkey sandwiches consumed.
Countless = the number of times the Kindermusik song Bow Wow Wow was requested.
5 loads of laundry completed.
6 naps enjoyed — Lucas’, not mine.
6 items crossed off my list of 19 “To Do’s”.
Countless = the number of diapers I changed.
7 cups of green tea consumed.
7 blog posts written — including this one.
9 thoughts involving potty training, nursery school and toddler beds and what I should be doing about them.
Countless = the number of times I wiped a nose.
21.10 miles walked.
28 minutes spent on hold with Tucson Water Company trying to change billing address.
47+/- temper tantrums survived — barely.
291 tweets tweeted — I have an addiction, okay?
Countless = the number of times I realized how blessed I am.

Good job on resisting the soda for over a month. I hope after 28 minutes on the phone you were able to get the billing address changed, that is seriously a long time for a small task.

Wow, great job with the diet pop, I gave it up a long time ago and it was hard but well worth it.
Love a week in numbers, I will have to try this sometime. I'm with you on the Yo Gabba Gabba, Thomas the Train and Calliou. We have also just added Dora… more songs for me to learn.

AWESOME post! and thanks for the shout out. Let's try for 7 hours of quiet time this week – although I doubt we'll get it. 🙂
Happy Monday

Great look inside the life of a mom. Love that the Diet Cokes were the first number that came to mind 😉

I totally love this list! You are totally rocking the Diet Coke quitting! (I once gave up all pop for 15 months to pay off a root canal caused by said pop. You can do it!)

This is a sweet blog meme! : ) Missing Diet Coke yet?

I'm impressed with the soda. I have a Pepsi problem, but I'm still in denial. I keep saying I'll kick the habit after this baby is a few months old. Lucky for me, that gives me plenty of time. What a fun meme!

Isn't dealing with utility companies SO much fun?!?

Love this. Only 5 loads of laundry? Really? That sounds dreamy. I lost count. But I think you win on the tantrums. Thank goodness those days are behind me. FYI: I will do an official post soon, but Project Smile will continue. Kristi @ Live and Love out Loud will babysit it for me over the next 6 months. Could you please tweet it out there since you seem to be the expert. Who knew?

Love it! And this is hilarious: Countless = the number of Thomas & Friends, Yo Gabba Gabba and Caillou episodes I sang and dance through, pretended not to be watching and cursed under my breath.
Isn't that the truth!

I'm with you on the endless nose wiping. But only 2 dishwashers unloaded??? I run mine every single day! Did your husband unload the rest?
