- You open your purse one day and find rocks! Actual rocks.
- A child’s book with sounds will make noise out of the blue on it’s own, repeatedly scaring the crap out of you until you finally throw it away.
- There will come a day when you will have to reevaluate every single relationship that you have in your life and eliminate or redefine the ones that don’t make sense anymore or offer you something positive all in the name of motherhood.
- You have waited for your toddler to switch from formula to regular milk for almost 18 months and now that the day has come and he didn’t fight it, you’re a little sad because it means your baby is no longer a baby.
- You are driven your craziest just moments before Daddy, the babysitter or relief of any sort shows up to save the day (and your sanity).
- You realize that the holiday season now has a whole new meaning because this little person is a part of it.

I tried writing a comment from my phone, but it took 1 hour to type 1 letter!!! Anyway, what I was wanting to type is that I went through the exact same. However instead of rocks in my purse I had shells! Also the floor of my car is scattered with dried flowers and other bits and pieces the girls pick up when we go for walks!!! Bushes with cookies might start growing in it too!
I can't believe Lucas's is going to be 18 months! I love the pictures on wordless Wednesday! He looks so happy with his cracker : )

Kind of like when you can't wait for them to talk. Then, when they do, you wish that they would shut up.
You are driven your craziest just moments before Daddy, the babysitter or relief of any sort shows up to save the day (and your sanity). << I know this one way too well!..In fact, when I was pregnant with the youngest, she would hear her dad from the womb say hi, she would start kicking the crap out of me and roll around until her daddy paid attention to her.

Oh, so true Tonya! Especially the driving you crazy within minutes of being rescued….I can relate!
Happy Thanksgiving, and be thankful for rocks in your purse. So cute!

Rocks yes rocks! And sticks! I find rocks and sticks all over the place. My purse, my car, the couch, in the laundry…boys will be boys!

Finding poop or urine on the floor doesn't quite disgust you as much as annoys you because you'll have to clean it up (potty training is fun).
And the holidays are so true! I especially love Christmas now with my two boys. The stories, the music, the stockings, the family, and the looks on their faces.
